Why Can’t Artists Do What Musicians Can?

In the world of music, you often see artists helping and supporting each other whenever possible. Collaboration, mutual inspiration, and celebrating each other’s successes seem to be the norm rather than the exception. But in the art world? There often seems to be a different atmosphere—one of competition and individualism.

At times, it feels like in the art scene, it’s “every person for themselves,” with ego taking the lead. As soon as some artists find their breakthrough, they seem to elevate themselves above others, forgetting that they too once started at the beginning of their journey. But imagine how beautiful it could be if we could break down those walls of competition and truly support one another.

What if we could create something where artists encourage each other, share knowledge, and collaborate to reach new creative heights? What if we were to establish a collective where art and music come together, where every form of creativity has a place to shine? A space where it’s not about ego, but about love and passion for art.

I believe this is possible—a world where we, as artists, work together and support one another instead of competing against each other.

Who feels the same? Let’s come together and harness the power of art and creativity to create an inspiring, supportive community.

With love and creativity,

Debbie ❤️
